Abstract

This paper presents bioinspired global optimization methods to solve the problem of finding the optimal program control of bundle of trajectories of nonlinear deterministic systems. It considers four bioinspired global optimization methods: Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm, Weed Colonization, Glowworm Swarm Optimization and Cuckoo search. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is researched with the software complex, formed in C#. The solution of stabilization of satellite problem is presented.

Abstract

The increase of flow capacity of air space demands high precision of surveillance and the organization of such actions, as reducing selection norms, flights on free trajectories, transfer of part of controller's functions to the pilot. It is as-sumed that technical support of such innovations will be carried out on the basis of automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast. The complete elimination of radar maintenance, despite a high error of measurements, isn't rational because failure of the onboard equipment conducts to loss on the earth of current measurement information. In the article the pos-sibilities of improvement of quality of processing of radar information as the surveillance instrument which doesn't depend on a technical condition of the onboard equipment are discussed.

Abstract

Using an imitation model for a flow of heterogeneous air targets the comparative assessment of the αβ, αβγ and the Kalman filters efficiency is evaluated. In the case of slightly maneuvering target the difference in filters’ efficiency is statistically insignificant; in the case of sharp maneuvering the Kalman filter is significantly more precise.

Abstract

Flat systems with 2 inputs are investigated. Our approach is based on invertible differential operators and deformations of structures on diffieties of control systems. Invertible differential operators of size are described. The order of a flat output is estimated by the order of the corresponding invertible differential operator linearizing the control system. The minimal order of invertible differential operator linearizing the system is estimated by the order of its deformation.

A method of constructing invariant solutions is applied to turbulence model. Exact solutions for turbulence model are obtained. The method for construction of exact solutions used in this paper may be applied to other models of turbulence.

Abstract

An approach is proposed for solution of the problem for increasing the effectiveness of the recognition of the car number plate by using a priori information. Are proposed scheme of additional measurements, sequence of priori data statistical analysis and decision rule. An example of the proposed approach in the system recognition, built on the basis of the DVR is reviewed.

We consider accumulative defined contribution pension schemes with a lump sum payment on retirement. These schemes differ in relation to inheritance and provide various decremental factors. A simulation model was developed to analyze the constructed schemes.

The paper presents a probable solution of enhancing the ADS-B information integrity level using reference data from a secondary surveillance radar. The main hypothesis of the analysis relates to a fine structure of the ADS-B data errors, which are divided into slowly varying in time ADS-B errors (i.e. biases) and noise-like processes that are character-ized by a small time correlation in comparison with the measurement process period. obtained The probabilities estimates of missed detection and false alert have been obtained.

Abstract

This article develops new methods that reduce the optimal filtering problem for jump-diffusion models to the analysis problem for the special stochastic system with jumps, branching and terminating trajectories. Earlier appropriate methods and algorithms have been proposed and tested for diffusion models.

Abstract

The asymptotic behavior of solutions of the Burgers equation with initial value - boundary problem on a finite interval with periodic boundary conditions is studied. The equation describes a dissipative medium, so a constant initial profile will evolve to a travelling-wave solution. Its asymptotic limit is periodic ’sawtooth’ solution with periodical breaks of derivative, similar to the Fay solution on a half-line.

Abstract

The problem of a prolongation of non-divergent vector field, defined in a vicinity of zero in Rn t, to a finite non-divergent vector field on Rn is considered. Explicit formulas for the elements of the simple Lie algebra of non-divergent vector from the well-known Cartan series are obtained. This construction allows to move from the Euler equations for the ideal incompressible fluid to the Euler equations on finite-dimensional Lie groups.

Abstract

Projection iterative process that combines the Bubnov - Galerkin method and iterative process for finding ap-proximations to the solution of weakly nonlinear variational problem associated with a stationary homogeneous Navier - Stokes problem is proposed. At each step of the projection iterative process is proposed to solve linear variational problem. The estimate of the rate of convergence of the projection iterative process is given.

Abstract

Two conditions equivalent to complete continuity of Frechet derivative at a point and the asymptotic derivative in the case of their existence are given. Theorem of M.A. Krasnosel’skii on asymptotic bifurcation points for completely con-tinuous fields to class of strongly - condensing at infinity vector fields is generalized.

Abstract

The conditional stability of the nonlinear Lagrange equations for a longitudinal flight of the aircraft is proved. The approach is based on the stability of the linear first approximation system of equations for such flights. The proof is based on Millionschikov’ theorem on generic conservation (by Baire) of the conditional exponential stability property.

Abstract

For a mixture of a signal and non-Gaussian interference with arbitrary distribution law, a method of determining the envelope and phase probability densities is given. Efficiency of the proposed methods is illustrated by examples. In the case of a large signal-to-interference ratio it is shown that the distribution of the envelope for a mixture of signal and inter-ference coincides with the distribution of instantaneous value of interference shifted by a value of signal amplitude for an arbitrary distribution of interference.

Abstract

The article analyzes the robustness of the digital demodulator of the signal with the lowest frequency shift keying at a subcarrier frequency with respect to non-Gaussian interference type of atmospheric, industrial noise and interfering frequency -and phase-shift keyed signals. This type of demodulator is used for the transmission of navigation data in the systems of air traffic control with automatic dependent surveillance.
