Abstract
The article describes the method of analysis of the spectral characteristics of the polarization- manipulated signals with a continuous change in the angle of ellipticity . Features of the spectral analysis of such signals are defined. Need of the full spectral analysis of two-dimensional signals is considered. The received results allow to estimate redistribution of energy between harmonious components (taking into account their polarizing structure) at change of size of deviation of a corner of ellipticity. Keywords: full spectral analysis, the polarizing manipulated signals with continuous change of a corner of ellipticity, polarizing structure of signals.

Abstract
The analysis of influence of harmonic interference on the phase error in the Costas circuit is carried out. Differential equations of the circuit are obtained. Are obtained in the zero and first approximation the equations of the phase error for the Costas circuit. The simulation in MatLab environment of phase error introduced by the Costas circuit in the first approximation and the graphs of this error is carried out. On the basis of mathematical model, by the phase error counts were obtained graphs of probability density functions of the signal errors introduced by the model. A simulation model of the Costas circuit in the Simulink environment is given. In the simulation model, by the phase error counts in MatLab, were obtained graphs of probability density functions of the signal error due to the simulation model. The comparison of the obtained results of the Costas circuit analysis obtained by mathematical modeling of the phase error equation in the first approximation with simulation results in Simulink environment shows that the results of mathematical modeling rather accurately coincide with the simulation results. On the basis of simulation were obtained the graphs of the average time before mistracking for various values of the interference to signal ratio

Abstract
The likelihood ratio of the pulse signal with unknown time position while detecting and detecting the signal with unknown frequency, are considered. Is shown that an FFT algorithm should be performed while detecting the signal with unknown frequency, the maximum value of all spectral samples should be found and compared to the detection threshold. Upon detection of a pulse signal with unknown time position a fast convolution algorithm should be performed, the maximum value of all the spectral inverse FFT samples should be found and compared to the detection threshold. The effectiveness of this algorithm is determined by the sampling distribution of the maximum values of random variables distributed according to Rayleigh.

Abstract
It is proposed to use the full polarization mode scanning for the detection of weak-contrast targets against the background of the underlying sheets, as well as the construction of space-loop polarization targets for the case of incoherent reflections. It determines the possibility of recognition to several near-located radar targets on their spatial polarization circuit.

Abstract
The possibilities of correction parameters of onboard inertial navigation systems for aircraft based on gravimetric maps are considered. Data on the vertical component of the gravity force anomaly is averaged over a regular grid; horizontal components of the force are calculated on the basis of map-chart of deflexures of plumb line. We give general information about the Earth's gravitaty field, the study thereof, as well as basic working formulas.

A method over of estimation of power losses, arising up during work of communication networks is brought in this article. The traditional methods of similar estimation do not take into account inevitable power losses, related to the delay of signal, disсreet of changeable parameters and errors in the chain of management work of the system. The detailed analysis of laws of distributing is resulted for the different canals of connection.

The application of "Mikroradkom" microwave radiometer developed in CAO to the study of the fine thermodynamic processes occurring in the cloud in different seasons is discussed. The equations offered by the authors of the work make it possible to study in details all the effect of the phase state and microstructure of the cloud transformation during ongoing processes in it within a wide range of time scales. The application of modern highly sensitive radiometric equipment and in-depth analysis of the information offered on the basis of the relations mentioned allow us to make deeper insight into the geophysical factors and processes that affect the formation of self-radiation of the atmosphere.

Atmosphere's radio sounding in the aerological network of Roshydromet is the main source for obtaining meteorological information, necessary for safe and economically feasible activity of civil aviation. Nowadays, owing to various objective reasons, the task on approval of the radiosonde measuring system as measurement devices is not solved. The testing procedure of radio sounding system, for the purpose of the SI pattern’s approval, based on the barometric method of height measurement in the atmosphere, is offered in the article.

Abstract
An abelian group is said to be semisimple if it is an additive group of at least one semisimple associative ring. It is proved that the description problem for semisimple groups is reduced to the case of reduced groups. As a consequence, it is shown that a torsion free abelian group is semisimple if the rank of its reduced part is less than or equal to , where the infinite cardinal is the rank of its divisible part.

Abstract
The article deals with the mathematical solution of the decision-making problem on typical airline management. An original technique based on statistical hypothesis testing and the information field analysis, containing various information which influences decision-making is given. A criterion for evaluation of decisions effectiveness is introduced. It is concluded that the task of choosing the management decision is the task of verifying statistical hypotheses based on available authentic and unauthentic information items, i.e. partially reliable information.

Abstract
Caused by lightning damage to the external elements of construction of the aircraft, in the form of deformities, burn-through and erosive craters and also hidden defects in the affected area can cause a reduction in the strength of damaged parts. Fatigue tests of samples of rod construction elements damaged by lightning-like electrical discharges showed that for a symmetric cycle of variable loading at an amplitude of 100 kPa and a frequency of 50 Hz supply of fatigue strength decreased in 1,5-1,7 times, and fatigue life decreased in 25 times at local burns and in 70 times at annular burns. The main reason is education on the details of micro cracks in the area of erosive craters formed by discharge.
