This article gives a brief description of the of modern and advanced aircraft systems and multi-functional on-board radar stations as part of their avionics, the characteristics of airborne radars and description of antenna arrays op-erationally available in Russia and abroad. It`s also shows possible ways of development of on-board radars in the near future.
The method of optimal technical configuration synthesis and selection of long flight duration unmanned aerial vehicles are presented herein. Problems of mission effectiveness, take-off weight, aerodynamic and power plant characteristics calculations are considered by existing prototypes.
A model of evaluation of the characteristics of radar detection when exposed to impulse noise. An algorithm for determining the acceptable conditions of electromagnetic environment with unintentional electromagnetic interference for ATC radars.
Convert formulas to calculate the availability of the radio channel in a compact form, and the graph of depend-ence of the excess signal power at the receiver input over its actual sensitivity of the level of interference, while ensuring the required value of the availability of the radio channel.
The problem of automatic control of rapprochement of aircrafts at the passing, oncoming and cross movements on intersecting courses is formulated. The method of function evaluation of risk of collision of courts on the basis of dynamic programming that allows creating alarm signals for acceptance of precautionary measures for safe management of the lateral and longitudinal motion of the aircraft is offered.
The article describes the problem of solving important practical problems of redistribution of aircraft when landing on a different route of the Moscow air hub in the event of a sudden change of weather conditions. The neural network procedure to set priorities for each aircraft in real time based on dynamic programming is offered. This allowed us to generate lists of vessels for each trace landing and to determine their priority for landing.
The problem of solving important practical tasks of organizing the flow of arriving aircraft from different directions to the same navigation point is described. This allows us to form list for landing and determine their priority.
The article offers method of estimating airport capacity which helps the controller to define work-load in summer months in particular, on holidays when the number of flights from Moscow airports increases drastically.
The article deals with the primary productive indicators of an average airline activity that carries out passenger transportation to build up its system of quality. Four indicator groups are emphasized: the financial indicators, the indicators characterizing the quality of service to be provided, the indicators of air transportation quality, the indicators of personal operation quality. The algorithms to work out indicators are submitted.
