The article analyzes a new Application 19 of "Safety Management", which contains the standards and recommended practices of ICAO, aimed at the establishment in member States of the ICAO uniform public systems of safety management on new principles and basis. It also analyzes the work to be undertaken of the Russian Federation on the redesign of its national system of aviation safety in accordance with the standards of Annex 19.
The article examines the impact of the macroeconomic environment on the demand for passenger air travel in Russia. It substantiates the thesis of the limited influence of gross domestic product growth of air traffic in 2012-2014. The analysis of the impact on consumer demand of other macroeconomic indicators, in particular, the dynamics of wages and exchange rates was done. The mutual influence of the passenger air traffic with substitutes - the long-distance trains has been established.

The article is devoted to description of working from home practice at Allianz Insurance UK и Ernst & Young, UK & Ireland. It fulfilled the analysis of the best practices in the use of new forms of social and labor relations - remote work. The characteristics of using types of distance work, the policy of implementation and realization of such work in the company, the criteria for the transfer of employees to work remotely, the possibility of a flexible approach to workflow are given. The calculation of the economic efficiency of technology telecommuting at an aviation company of the Russian Federation is done. The method of calculating the cost-effectiveness based on several factors, such as costs for the organization and content of the workplace, change in labor productivity and others, was proposed by the authors. The calculation of economic efficiency by using the number of working hours, the impact on capital inputs and the impact on quit rates is considered.

It proves the need for universal international legal norms regulating the actions of States to prevent and suppress acts of the misuse of civil aircraft.
The article considers the problem of determining lease rates for land plots granted for aerodromes, heliports and landing-grounds, airports, objects, EU EO VD, analyzes the situation with the lease of lands for road and rail transport and a comparison with air travel is given. In addition, the problem of transfer of land from the categories of settlements into the category of transport is examined, it is concluded that rents for civil aviation are discriminatory and do not comply with the recommendations of the International organization of civil aviation (ICAO) according to their size. Appropriate recommendations are given.

The article carries out the analysis of the rights and duties of an air traffic controller -trainee by the legislation of the Russian Federation. It is established that an air traffic controller -trainee isn't included into the list of experts of the aviation personnel and has no right to carry out service of air traffic. His duties are fixing of theoretical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills for obtaining the certificate.
In this article calculations of flow around an airfoil near the ground are presented resulted by ANSYS FLUENT using different ways of modeling the wing in ground effect, with the further comparing the results with the experiment. It is show which methods of modeling the screen should be used in the computational experiment. The basic aerodynamic characteristics of an airfoil, coordinate diagrams the distribution of the pressure coefficient along the chord profile and on-ground surface are obtained at different values of relative heights above the surface of the screen.

The article is devoted to the methodology of logistics. The basis of this methodology is the harmonization of interests of all participants of process of distribution. The methodology consists of a refusal from a fragmented approach to the management of merchandise, the use of categories of economic trade-offs, the open exchange of information and joint determination of the final price of the goods, based on the convergence of cost and value pricing methods and tariff setting.
