Abstract

An algorithm of formation of a conflicting situation for the Full Flight Simulator is described. The algorithm calculates the trajectory of the intruder that potentially can lead to the collision with "evading aircraft" - FFS. In case of near miss, traffic collision avoidance system (TCAS) triggers, after which the crew trains collision avoidance techniques.

Abstract

The article continues a series of publications devoted to research of risk management problem of production environment during aeronautical equipment ground servicing to prevent non-routine situations in civil aviation. This article deals with formation of dynamic system environment factors of aircraft preparation for flight. As accumulation of risks from flight to flight occurs discretely, for mathematical formalization of the system of dynamic state the model is developed on the basis of discrete maps. The simplest stationary regimes and their stability have been studied. The possibility of system ambiguous behavior is considered.

Abstract

A methodology of calculation and trade of pollutants to form a united market of free allowances is being developed in the framework of reducing emissions of greenhouse gases from aircraft. The competences of the European Union in trading emissions trading quota have been determined. The ways of creating the system of greenhouse gases accounting offered by foreign countries were considered. The date of creating our own methodology of collating the data of pollutants from aircraft has been set.

Abstract

The paper covers the problem how to control flight crew training on simulators to ensure the fulfillment requirements for the quality of their activity in training non-standard situations which can happen in flight. It is shown that the existing methodology of training pilots on simulators does not ensure the quality of their activity in those non-standard situations. The paper puts forward an adaptive control method (АМC-method) of the simulator training of flight crews using mathematical modeling the states of their operator competences. The main advantage of the new method is the possibility to obtain statistical quality indicators of flight crew activity in non-standard situations and, thereby, to control the fulfillment of prescribed requirements for safety and reliability of space missions.

Abstract

The article offers direct use of the recommendations of SMM ICAO Doc.9859, 3rd ed. 2013, for calculation the target and alert levels of safety indicators. Examples of calculation based on data of 2011 and monitoring of the current indicators during 2012 are presented. Safety indicators for airlines in terms of “numbers of incidents per 1000 flight hours” could be calculated on the basis of the state values through the «coefficient of conformity».

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of providing an assessment of pilots training for work the airlines in order to ensure flight safety. In this regard, a draft comprehensive methodology for assessing professional training of pilots is offered. It is divided into three stages: 1) introduction into profession; 2) active flight activity and stage in improving professional of skills in case of incidents or accidents in flight.

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of self-organization in small groups for example, personnel of industry and transport enterprises, including aviation and aircraft crew. Van der Pol non-linear dissipative oscillator is the basis of interaction in a small group model. The model describes interaction between the group members through synchronization of oscillators, which allows to take into account interaction, and counteraction, and coexistence of two types of interactions as the complex nature of unity and struggle of opposites for a selected center of interaction as a compulsory attribute of a small group.

Abstract

Let M be Riemannian manifold with boundary and a diffeomorphism of . We consider the problem of the extension of from the boundary into the manifold to the volume-preserving diffeomorphism . The design of an explicit extension based on the representation theory is offered for the case of the sphere. We also extend the conformal and projective groups with the -sphere into the -ball. As a result, we construct examples of kinematic dynamo in the -ball.

Abstract

The asymptotic behavior of solutions of the Burgers equation and its generalizations with initial value - boundary problem on a finite interval with constant boundary conditions is studied. Since the equation describes the movement in a dissipative medium, the initial profile of the solution will evolve to an time-invariant solution with the same boundary values. However there are three ways of obtaining the same result: the initial profile may regularly decay to the smooth invariant solution; or a Heaviside-type gap develops through a dispersive shock and multi-oscillations; or an asymptotic limit is a stationary ’sawtooth’ solution with periodical breaks of derivative.
