Abstract

The important role of non-destructive testing methods as a source of information in evaluating the aircraft products quality is exposed. The problems of unreasonable choice of nondestructive testing methods in the evaluation of the aircraft products technical state are denoted and the ways to solve this problem through correct nondestructive testing methods choice in the concrete conditions are identified. A clear classification of NDT methods according to the criteria: applicability in limited conditions, the sensitivity in detecting the most dangerous defect - crack, weld defects and corrosion damages detection are given.

Abstract

The article outlines the theoretical approaches to the optimization of the geometrical parameters of flexible tanks for petroleum products taking into account the total length of the stitches on the top and bottom surfaces. The algorithm, mathematical models and optimization criterion to significantly (up to 20%) increase the efficiency of cutting the material of construction are proposed. On the basis of these curves are the formulas for determining the optimal height, length and width of the flexible container. The calculations are for the optimal sizes for example, flexible container with a capacity of 250 m3.

Abstract

The basis of the proposed methodology is the evaluation of the barrier and physico-mechanical properties of structural polymeric material after the unilateral oil exposure at the alleged exploitation of the climatic region. Calculation of technical and economic efficiency methodology shows that savings of 360,000 rubles occur when testing the same polymer material with a petroleum product.

Article is devoted to detection and identification of refusals of governing bodies like "withdrawal and a klineniye" in ideal statement (the atmosphere - not indignant, sensors - ideal). Relevance of consideration of the matters is caused by a problem of deficiency of time for detection, identification and parrying of refusals of AT, in particular a control system, as systems of the most sensitive to refusals of its functional elements. In article the original technique of identification of refusals is stated, the results of modeling illustrating high precision of identification of refusal of an elevator are given.

Abstract

One of the objectives of the management of infrastructure facilities is to ensure efficient evacuation in an emergency. The problem of the evacuation is related to the heterogeneity of data, its’ large volume, the loss of part of the information infrastructure under the influence of destructive factors. The concept design of the automated evacuation control system based on system engineering is considered. It involves the use of a systematic approach, modern information technologies, as well as simulation. The actuality of the use of technology solutions for big data management tasks in real time is proved. As a tool for distributed processing, cluster prototype with low power consumption computers is proposed.
