The general industry trend performance indicators since 1991 are provided for overall total aviation operations, regularity of operations, aircraft fleet structure, aircraft operators’ number. The areas of priority in further development of civil aviation are highlighted as well as the general characteristics for problems constraining the growth in air transport maintenance efficiency indicators.
