INFORMATION SUPPORT OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: COLLECTION, VALIDATION, RETRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article discusses the problem of information management process support staff at various stages of the life cycle of employees. Scheme presented information processes in the lifecycle of an employee and information flow diagram in the personnel management system. The urgency of creating an integrated information system to support the management of staff, based on the methods and tools for development of intelligent decision support systems.
