The article considers the problem of civil aviation aircraft flights delays, because of the lack of efficiency of the air traffic planning. As a result, airports and airlines have financial losses. Analysis of delays at Moscow aerodromes, Tegel and Munich aerodromes are given. The principles of organization of air traffic planning system in the Russian Federation are described, as well as recommendations the use of which will improve the efficiency of the air traffic planning system in the Russian Federation.

This article discusses a method for predicting the durability of heat resistant coatings based on the results of laboratory tests, taking into account the applied coating thickness and type of alloy. The dependencies between efficiency of the coatings and thickness, obtained by various methods with alloys of different chemical composition were found out.

The conclusion that the replacement of rubber hoses on the thermoplastic will reduce 2.5 times their material consumption, extend the 10-15 C temperature range of operating temperatures, eliminate the influence of sleeve material on fuel quality, improve the strength characteristics and terms of use is presented.
The article outlines the theoretical approaches to the assessment of technological losses of petroleum products during storage in flexible tanks with flexible account of steady and unsteady regimes fuels diffusion through structural material of tanks. The proposed algorithm and mathematical model for determining technological losses, taking into account the unsteady measurement mode structural material elastic reservoirs, can significantly (up to 40 %) improve the accuracy of the valuation of natural loss of hydrocarbon fuels at fuel depots field.
An effective technique for experimental studies to determine the losses of petroleum products in flexible tanks is suggested. Standards of technological losses of petroleum products on the permeability, swelling and wetting flexible tanks are defined.
The use of thermoplastic polyurethanes in collapsible tanks design will improve the environmental safety of 2.0-2.5 times, extend the temperature range of operation up to 30%, reduce the effort required to deploy a warehouse in 2.5 - 3.0 times.
