ON IMPROVING THE PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF «UNDISCIPLINED» PASSENGER

Abstract

The article discusses some aspects of the problem of the illegal actions of undisciplined passengers on board of the civil aircraft. The paper presents the analysis of the existing international and national legal framework, regulating these issues. As the main sources Chicago and Tokyo conventions are selected. Analyzing the regulatory framework and enforcement practice, the authors have identified three main areas for improvement of the current legislation.
