STATE REGULATION AS A TOOL FOR MAINTAINING QUALITY OF SERVICES IN THE AIR TRANSPORT INDUSTRY
Abstract
Issues of state regulation of the air transport industry as a means of ensuring a high level of quality of the services provided by the enterprises of the industry. Explains the role of the state in regulation of activity of enterprises of the air transport industry, as well as the analysis of problems of the Russian legislation in this area. Proposed concrete steps to solve the problem.
