THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROTECTION OF THE ARCTIC
Abstract
The problem of the environmental protection and the use of the rich natural resources of the Arctic maritime boundary between the Arctic states, the legal status of the Russian Federation in the region are analyzed in the article, the protection of Russia's interests in the Arctic region, the problem of environmental vulnerability of the Arctic and its solutions also addressed.
