The main features of service production are described and the terms of service production are formulated. It has been demonstrated, that airports can be considered as a service production enterprise. The specific features of the production peculiar to airports are noted. Выделены основные особенности производства услуг и сформулированы условия организации подобного производства.Показано, что аэропорты можно рассматривать как предприятия по производству услуг. Отмечена специфика производства, свойственная аэропортам.Производственный процесс в аэропорту связан с необходимостью отрабатывать некоторые процессы врежиме реального времени, наличием случайных факторов, воздействующих на процесс (погодные условия, изменения расписаний и т. д.), особыми требованиями по безопасности, что приводит к возрастанию роли информатизации производства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the analysis results of the production processes aimed at service production.
