В статье выявляется социальная сущность и структура науки, специфика научного производства как всеобщего общественного труда. Раскрывается разветвленная система научного производства. Раскрывается смысл понятий «абстрактно человеческий труд» и «всеобщий общественный труд», их сходство и различие. Научный труд представляется как высшая форма познавательной деятельности, в которой всеобщий общественный характер познания проявляется особенно отчетливо. Процесс реформирования науки имеет свою специфику, которая означает, что реформаторами науки не должны становиться «эффективные менеджеры».
The article reveals social essence and structure of science, likewise specificity of scientific production as of universal social labor; an extensive system of scientific production is revealed. The meaning of the concepts of "abstract human labor" and "universal social labor", their similarities and differences are identified. Scientific work is presented as the highest form of cognitive activity in which the universal nature of public knowledge manifests itself most clearly. The reform process of science has its own specificity, which means that the "effective managers" should not be reformers here.
