Высказывается точка зрения автора на взаимосвязь процесса преподавания с развитием у молодёжи творческих способностей и самостоятельности мышления. Делается вывод, что интеллектуальный рост преподавателя - основа развития вуза, талантов и способностей преподавателей и студентов.
