С учетом изменений в экономической системе государства определены направления трансформации социально-трудовой сферы. Предложена модель оценки влияния дистанционной работы на прибыль компании. Определены основные признаки видов деятельности, наиболее подходящих для дистанционной работы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses how to optimize airline costs applying the Federal Law of 04.05.2013, № 60-FZ on the regulation of labor relations at the remote aviation enterprises of Russia. Taking into account the changes in the economic system of the country areas of transformation of social and labor issues are identified. A model of assessing the impact of teleworking on the company's profits is suggested.
